Quarterly Member’s Meeting

The quarterly business meeting, which consist of two parts — the first is a Member’s Meeting and all present members are free to bring up concerns and have the ability to vote. Usually lasts 1 to 1.5 hours.

Following is the Director’s Meeting, which is also open to members, but only the Directors can move motions and votes. All major decisions are made during this meeting, including finances.
